Spicy skewered shrimp

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
-CHUCK OZBURN (HBWK07A)
cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Tumeric
¼ teaspoon Black pepper; freshly ground
3 Garlic cloves; minced
1 tablespoon Basil; chopped fresh
1 tablespoon Mint; chopped fresh
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
2 pounds Shrimp; 16-20 size, cleaned, peeled and deveined
Bamboo skewers; soaked in warm water for 30 minutes

Directions

2 Combine all ingredients and marinate for 6 to 8 hours; skewer decoratively and grill, turning and basting, only until pink; DO NOT OVERCOOK!!
