2 | packs | (10-oz) frozen chopped spinach cooked and drained |
6 | Eggs; beaten | |
1 | pack | (8-oz) seasoned bread stuffing |
¾ | cup | Softened butter |
1 | medium | Onion; chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Garlic salt |
1 | tablespoon | Black pepper |
1 | cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions
Combine ingredients. Form into small balls. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
May be frozen.
