Spinach dip (dmn)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 (10-ounce) packages chopped
Frozen spinach, thawed and
Drained well
1 cup Chopped parsley
cup Grated Parmesan cheese
4 teaspoons Chopped onion
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
2 teaspoons Pepper
teaspoon Dried thyme
Juice of 1/2 lemon
½ teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
Crackers

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except crackers, thoroughly and chill at least 4 hours. Serve with crackers. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
