Spinach milano

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
20 ounces Spinach, chopped; frozen
¼ cup Flour, all-purpose
¼ cup Butter (or marg.); melted
3 Eggs; beaten
4 slices Cheese, American process; cubed
4 slices Cheese, natural brick; cubed
12 ounces Cheese, cottage
Salt; to taste
Pepper; to taste

Directions

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Gradually add flour to butte,r blending until smooth; add to spinach along with remaining ingredients, mixing well.

Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-½ quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
