Spinach pom poms

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 eaches 10oz pkgs frozen spinach
16 packs Stove top stuffing
1 cup Grated parmesan cheese
dash Of nutmeg
6 eaches Eggs, beaten
¾ cup Margarine, softened

Directions

Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water. Combine remaining ingredients. Shape into walnut sized balls. (Can be frozen at this stage) Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes. Makes about 65 appetizers.
