6 | packs | (10 Oz.) chopped spinach; thaw and drain very |
3 | pounds | Cheddar cheese; cut into small cubes |
2 | tablespoons | Salt |
18 | Eggs; well beaten | |
6 | pounds | Sm. curd cottage cheese |
1 | cup | Flour |
Directions
Add flour to beaten eggs and beat until smooth. Add spinach, cheese, cottage cheese and salt. Mix well. Pour into two 12 x 20 x 2 greased stainless pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Makes 48 to 60 servings.
