Squid parmigiana

1 | each | Recipe Squid Steak a' la Anthony's Fish Grotto |
1 | cup | Tomato sauce |
¼ | pounds | Provolone or romano cheese, thinly sliced |
Directions
After the fillets are browned, place them in a baking dish and coat with your favorite tomato sauce. Top with slices of cheese. Broil under high heat until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
