Squid parmigiana

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Recipe Squid Steak a' la Anthony's Fish Grotto
1 cup Tomato sauce
¼ pounds Provolone or romano cheese, thinly sliced

Directions

After the fillets are browned, place them in a baking dish and coat with your favorite tomato sauce. Top with slices of cheese. Broil under high heat until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
