| Prepare the pan and use method as given in recipe above (Light Golden), | ||
| Except add all the milk at once. Makes thin 9\" layers. | ||
| 2⅛ | cup | Sifted Gold Medal Flour |
| 1½ | cup | Sugar |
| 3 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Soft shortening |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Flavoring |
| 2 | eaches | Eggs |
Directions
Pour into prepared pans. Bake. Cool. Finish with any desired frosting.
