Stewed plum tomatoes with rosemary and garlic

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 tablespoons Butter
6 Cloves garlic
12 Tomatoes; cored & quartered
3 Sprigs rosemary; chopped
2 tablespoons Sugar
3 tablespoons Sherry vinegar
Salt and pepper; to taste

Directions

Melt butter in pan. Add garlic and roast for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes, rosemary, sugar, sherry vinegar, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
