Stir-fry broccoli medley

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Pineapple juice
4 cups Broccoli florets
4 Sweet peppers, thin sliced
1 Onion, thin sliced
2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon Low-sodium soy sauce
2 Cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup Crushed pineapple
6 cups Hot cooked rice

Directions

Get the pineapple juice boiling in the wok. Add broccoli, peppers, and onions. Toss to coat and stir-fry for 5 min.

Now, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and garlic and stir-fry for 2 min.

Add the pineapple and heat though.
