Tropical fruit salsa

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 medium Ripe Mango, peeled, pitted
And cut into 1/4\" cubes
1 medium Ripe Papaya, peeled, seeded
And cut into 1/4\" cubes
1 medium Ripe Avocado, peeled, pitted
And cut into 1/4\" cubes
3 tablespoons Lime Juice
2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Jalapeno Peppers, drained
1 teaspoon Ginger, crushed

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavours to blend. Serve with grilled fish or chicken. Also good with tortilla chips.
