Strawberry-banana smoothie

Ingredients

2 | cups | Unsweetened strawberries, fresh or frozen; hulled |
2 | Bananas; sliced | |
8 | ounces | Low-fat vanilla yogurt |
½ | cup | Skim milk |
¼ | cup | Rice bran |
3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 | tablespoon | To 2 tb honey |
Directions
Cover and freeze strawberries and sliced bananas until firm, about 4 hours or overnight. Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
