Strawberry-banana smoothie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Unsweetened strawberries, fresh or frozen; hulled
2 Bananas; sliced
8 ounces Low-fat vanilla yogurt
½ cup Skim milk
¼ cup Rice bran
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon To 2 tb honey

Directions

Cover and freeze strawberries and sliced bananas until firm, about 4 hours or overnight. Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
