Banana oat smoothie

1 cup Nonfat Milk
1 pack Instant Oatmeal, Regular Flavor
1 Whole Banana, Cut In Chunks
1 cup Orange Juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 min.
