Streusel topped pumpkin muffins

Ingredients

2 cups Bisquick
cup Raisins
¼ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
¾ teaspoon Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Ginger
¼ cup Milk
¼ cup Oil
½ cup Pumpkin
1 Egg
cup Bisquick
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Nuts; chopped
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Margarine

Directions

STREUSEL TOPPING

Heat oven to 400. Grease bottoms of 12 muffin cups. Mix bisquick, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in medium bowl. Beat milk, oil, pumpkin and egg until smooth. Stir into raisin mixture; beat vigorously 30 strokes. Fill muffin cups about ¾ full. Sprinkle topping over batter in each cup. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes.
