Stuffed onions \"farshovana chebyalya\"

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 eaches Onions large & mild
cup Cucumbers peeled & chopped
3 cups Tomatos fresh & chopped
6 eaches Eggs hard boiled & chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
3 cups Mayonaise
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar

Directions

Peel onions. remove the insides leaving an onion cup of 3-4 layers.

Chop the inner onion portions and mix well with the tomatos, vinegar, & cucumbers. Mix in the mayonaise egg and the salt & pepper. Stuff the onion cups with this mixture.
