Sugar free strawberry jam

2 3/4 cups

Ingredients

3 quarts Whole strawberries; fresh or frozen sugar-free gelatin
6 10 packets sugar substitute
1 pack (3 oz) strawberry-flavored

Directions

Crush berries until a small amount of juice forms. Place in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Remove from heat add the sweetner and mix well. Adjust sweetner to taste. Pour into jars or plastic containers. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks. Yield: 2-¾ cups Diabetic Exchange: one 1-tablespoon serving equals a free food; also 10 calories, 6 mg.
