Sugar-glazed brussels sprouts and pearl onions

8 ounces Brussel Sprouts; Small*
8 ounces Pearl Onions; Small*
1 tablespoon Butter; * See Note
3 tablespoons Sugar; To4
Salt And White Pepper; To Taste

Directions

*Cooked until crisp-tender and well drained. Do in separate saucepans.

*Original called for that fake yellow stuff.

Melt butter in skillet, stir in sugar and cook until bubbly. Add vegetables; stir to coat. Season & serve.
