Sugarless heart cookies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Soft margarine
1 pack (3 oz.) sugar-free mixed fruit Jello
Egg substitute to equal 1 egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
cup Flour
½ teaspoon Baking powder

Directions

Notes: By Mary Ann Hughes. (Diabetic Recipe) Cresco Mix and chill 1 hour. Roll out ¼ inch thick and cut with heart cookie cutter. Bake at 400€F. 6-7 minutes or until bottoms are lightly brown and cookies are set. About 3 dozen 2½ inch cookies. These are nice for Valentine's Day but you could try different flavor Jello and cookie cutters.
