Summer salad with croutons

Ingredients

For the salad
1 Bag mixed leaf salad
100 grams Cherry tomatoes; halved (4oz)
25 grams Black olives; halved (1oz)
75 grams French beans; cut into 3 (3oz)
2 Hard boiled eggs; cut into 6
1 Avocado; cubed
1 220 gram bag Mozzarella cheese; cubed (8oz)
For the dressing
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Honey
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Schwartz Salad Seasoning
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 Thick slices bread; cut into cubes
Schwartz Lemon Sea Salt; to taste

Directions

FOR THE CROUTONS

Mix all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl.

Blend all the dressing ingredients together and toss into the salad.

For the croutons, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the bread until lightly browned, stirring continuously, season with Lemon Sea Salt and sprinkle croutons over the salad and serve.
