Sun dried tomato viannagrette

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 Sun-dried tomatoes; oil-packed
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoons Honey
¾ cup Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

To make this dressing, use a food processor or food blender. Add all indgredients except olive oil to work bowl. Blend at medium speed for one minute. With motor running, add oilive oil slowly until all is blended.

Dressing should be thick or creamy. Note: At this point, adjust the dressing to your taste. More salt, honey or etc. or just leave it as it is.
