Sun dried tomato and basil butter

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Stick butter; softened
¼ cup Oil packed sun dried tomatoes; drained, minced
1 Clove garlic; minced
½ cup Chopped fresh basil
Black pepper to taste

Directions

1. Beat together all ingredients. Form the mixture into a cylinder and wrap in waxed paper.

2. Chill. Makes about ¾ cup.

NOTES : Toss with hot pasta for a nice sauce or use on freshly steamed vegetables, or grilled chicken. Recipe by: Lisa Lepsy
