½ Onion, minced
1 Clove Garlic, minced
cup Olive Oil
¼ cup Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Basalmic Vinegar
2 tablespoons Parsley, minced
1 pinch Red Pepper, crushed
Salt
Ground Pepper

Directions

VINAGRETTE

Mix vinagrette ingredients together and toss with tomatoes. Chill.
