Sunflower fried cabbage

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ x Head cabbage
1 x Small onion
1 x Salt & pepper to taste
cup Sunflower seeds, hulled
2 tablespoons Butter or bacon fat
1 dash Vinegar, white or wine

Directions

Chop onion and cabbage coarsely. Melt butter or bacon grease in medium frypan, add sunflower seeds, toss to coat and saute lightly.

Add cabbage and onion, toss to coat. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt,pepperand dash of vinegar. Serve very hot.
