Superbowl chili

Ingredients

¼ cup Jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 cup Chopped onions
½ cup Chopped bell pepper
¼ cup Chopped celery
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans Fat free black beans, drain
2 tablespoons Chili powder
1 tablespoon Cumin
¼ cup Water
cup Flour
8 ounces Tomato sauce

Directions

Combine jalapeno peppers, onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, salt and pepper in saucepan and simmer for 45 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes until thick.
