Sweet bread

Ingredients

| 2½ | teaspoon | Dry yeast |
| 3 | cups | Whole wheat flour |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Dry milk powder |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Oil |
| 5 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 1 | large | Egg |
| 9½ | ounce | Water about 130 degrees |
Directions
Preparation :
The "Welbilt" bread machine on sweet bread cycle. Again add ingredients in order listed. The critical ingredient again is the amount of water after a couple of tries you'll find the right amount.
*You may have to cut back on yeast to about 1 teaspoon depending on weather and time of year.
