Sweet potatoes and fruit

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Sweet Potatoes, sliced and cooked
2 cups Apples, Oranges,or Pineapple fresh and sliced
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
4 tablespoons Sugar
Butter or Margarine

Directions

Arrange alternating layers of sweet potatoes and fresh fruit.

Sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Dot with butter or margarine. Bake at 350ø for 25 to 30 minutes. When serving, drizzle syrup from the baking pan over the top of each portion.
