Sweet tomato pachadi (seasoned and sweet pureed tomatoes)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 Tomatoes; pureed
2 tablespoons Jaggery
large Pinch salt -For Seasoning---
2 tablespoons Ghee
1 teaspoon Black mustard seeds
2 Red chiles; broken

Directions

Boil together tomato puree, jaggery and salt for about 10 minutes. Heat ghee and add mustard seeds and red chilies. When brown, pour over Tomato Pachadi and serve.
