Swiss spaghetti

Ingredients

1 pounds Ground beef
2 cups Tomatoes, canned
4 tablespoons Butter
1 each Onion, medium chopped
1 each Green pepper, chopped
teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
¾ pounds Swiss cheese, cubed
1 pounds Spaghetti, cooked
½ cup Swiss cheese, grated

Directions

In saucepan melt butter and saute' onion and green pepper, about 5 minutes. Add beef and cook over high heat until brown. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.

Cover and simmer 1 hour. Add cubed cheese and cook 5 minutes. Add spaghetti and toss. Serve with grated cheese.
