Swiss spaghetti casserole

3 ounces Spaghetti squash
3 ounces Swiss chard
3 ounces Onion; chopped
3 ounces Green pepper; chopped
ounce Almonds; blanched, chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic; minced
2 teaspoons Thyme
½ teaspoon Salt
Sesame oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x 8 baking pan with sesame o8il. Cut squash in half, remove the seeds and discard them.Place the squash in a baking pan cut side down, with ⅓ inch water. Bake for 40 mintues. Then lwoer oven to 375 degrees. When squash is cool enough to handle,cut into ½-inch cubes. Stamswiss chard for 6 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
