Swiss spaghetti casserole

3 | ounces | Spaghetti squash |
3 | ounces | Swiss chard |
3 | ounces | Onion; chopped |
3 | ounces | Green pepper; chopped |
1½ | ounce | Almonds; blanched, chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Garlic; minced |
2 | teaspoons | Thyme |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Sesame oil |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x 8 baking pan with sesame o8il. Cut squash in half, remove the seeds and discard them.Place the squash in a baking pan cut side down, with ⅓ inch water. Bake for 40 mintues. Then lwoer oven to 375 degrees. When squash is cool enough to handle,cut into ½-inch cubes. Stamswiss chard for 6 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
