Swiss steak in tomato gravy

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
18 pounds Ground beef
1 gallon Bread crumbs
1 quart Diced onions
cup Salt
2 teaspoons Pepper
1 quart Milk
1 cup Drippings from meat
2 cups Flour
1 tablespoon Browning sauce
1 tablespoon Salt
1 Tap pepper
1 can (#10) tomato sauce

Directions

TOMATO GRAVY

1. combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and milk.

2. shape into 2 1/1 oz. portion patties unsing #10 scoop. or make 2 rows of meat mixture in a 2 in pan.

3. bake at 325 degrees until brown.

4. place in steam table pan and cover with gravy.

Tomato Gravy:
