Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Honey
2 cups Farfel
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Ginger
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
Chopped walnuts

Directions

Bring honey, sugar, lemon juice, ginger and cinnamon to boil. Cook 15 minutes (soft ball). Add farfel, cook 5 - 10 minutes longer. Add nuts. Cook 5 minutes more. Pat cold water on board. Flatten to ¼" thick. Let cool.

Cut into 1" squares.
