Tamale bean pie

1 | pack | Sloppy Joe seasoning mix |
½ | cup | Catsup |
½ | cup | Molasses |
1 | pounds | Frankfurters; cut into medium size chunks |
¾ | cup | Cornmeal |
¼ | cup | Flour, all-purpose |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
1 | Egg; beaten | |
½ | cup | Milk |
3 | tablespoons | Oil, salad |
Directions
Combine pork and beans, sloppy Joe seasoning mix, catsup, molasses, and frankfurters in a large casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Combine dry ingredients; blend in egg, milk, and oil. Pour batter over the hot beans and bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
