Tangerine salsa (great citrus)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 larges Tangerines; peeled, seeded and sliced
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon Minced gingerroot
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon Minced green onion
1 tablespoon Lime juice
½ tablespoon Scotch Bonnet; seeded and chopped, (habanaro pepper)

Directions

In a stainless steel bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before use. Makes 8¼-cup servings.
