Tangy honey french dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Salad oil
¼ cup Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Sugar
¾ teaspoon Salt -- to taste
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
¼ teaspoon Paprika
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
¼ teaspoon Lemon zest
½ cup Honey
½ teaspoon Celery seed -- optional
1 Garlic clove -- optional

Directions

Place all ingredients into a screw-type jar. Shake vigorously. If using the garlic: cut clove in half, add to dressing and chill for 12 hours or more before using. Remove garlic clove before serving.

This makes about 1-¼ cup dressing.
