Ingredients

700 grams Green peas
200 grams Cauliflower
200 grams Tomatoes
2 Chopped onions
½ cup Fresh curd
5 Green chillies
2 teaspoons Coriander seeds
½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 Piece Chopped ginger
3 Cloves Chopped garlic
½ teaspoon Garam masala
A big pinch of sugar
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons Ghee
A handful of chopped coriander leaves.

Directions

Cut vegetabes into small pieces. Take onion, green chillies, coriander, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic and grind into a fine paste.

Heat ghee and fry the paste till light brown. Add a pinch of sugar and required salt. Add vegetables fry and add well beaten curd and half a cup of water. Cook till tender and mix in garam masala. Garnish with chipped coriander leaves and serve hot. Converted by MC_Buster.
