Tarragon mustard blend with recipes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Dried minced onion
¼ cup Dried whole tarragon
2 tablespoons Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Fennel seed
1 teaspoon Dried savory TMB VINAGRETTE:
1 Olive oil
cup White wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Tarragon mustard blend
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Clove garlic, crushed TARRAGON MAYONNAISE SAUCE:
1 cup Regular or lowfat mayonnaise
cup Sour cream or lowfat yogurt
3 tablespoons Tarragon mustard blend

Directions

Stir Spices, together and store in an airtight container.

For vinaigrette: Mix all ingredients together, store in refrigerator until ready to use. Makes 1½ cups.

For Mayonnaise Sauce:

Combine all ingredients; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Makes 1 ⅓ cups
