Ingredients

¾ cup Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Olives -- green minced
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Capers; drained -- minced
½ teaspoon Lemon rind grated
1 small Egg; cooked hard -- peeled
1 tablespoon Parsley -- finely minced
Finely chopped
2 teaspoons Scallion -- green and white
Salt and pepper to taste
Finely minced
Tiny pinch curry powder

Directions
