Tesque garden guacamole dip

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Ripe avocado
2 ounces Cream cheese, softened
¼ cup Fresh tarragon, chopped OR
¼ cup Fresh dill, chopped
¼ cup Fresh oregano, chopped
Juice of 1/2 fresh lime
½ teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon Olive oil
½ teaspoon Chimayo red chile, finely ground, to taste

Directions

Mash the avocado with the cream cheese. Add the other ingredients. Mix well. Serve immediately with blue corn chips.
