Texas meat skillet

½ | cup | Water |
14½ | ounce | Crushed tomatoes |
15½ | ounce | Dark red kidney beans -- |

1 | cup | Long-grain rice -- cooked |
½ | cup | Bell peppers -- chopped |
2 | teaspoons | Chili powder |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | cup | Fat-free cheddar cheese -- |
Grated | ||
1 | cup | Low-fat tortilla chips -- |
Crushed |
Directions
In a skillet, combine Ground Meat Mix, and water. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Break up meat with a fork. Stir in crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, rice, bell peppers, chili powder, and salt.
Bring mixture to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle cheese and tortilla chips over meat mixture.
