Thai black japonica salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Lundberg Black Japonica
Uncooked
½ cup Each:
Bell pepper, green -- diced
Bell pepper, red -- diced
½ cup Carrots -- grated
½ cup Celery -- chopped
½ cup Onion, green -- chopped
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
2 tablespoons Canola oil
2 tablespoons Tamari
¼ cup Rice vinegar
¼ cup Lundberg Sweet Dreams Brown
Rice Syrup
1 teaspoon Garlic granules
1 teaspoon Red pepepr, dried --
Crushed
¼ cup Cashews; toasted -- chopped

Directions

Cook rice acording to package instructions and set aside to cool. Mix togetheroils, tamari, vinegar, rice syrup, garlic and peppers. Toss mixture with rice, vegetables and cashews. Chill and serve. Yield: 6-8 servings.
