Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
1 Clove garlic; minced
½ teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
¾ cup Olive oil
½ teaspoon Oregano
¼ teaspoon Marjoram
¼ teaspoon Thyme
Salt and pepper; to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Whisk until thoroughly mixed.
