3 | eaches | Celery stalks, chunked |
6 | eaches | Small onions, whole |
1 | cup | Beef stock |
1 | teaspoon | Season salt |
1 | each | Garlic clove, minced |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh dill, minced |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh parsley, minced |
8 | ounces | Tomato sauce |
1 | cup | Water |
1 | each | Envelope onion soup mix |
1 | teaspoon | Caraway seeds |
1 | can | Tomato soup |
Directions

Place roast in pan with potatoes, carrots and celery. Top with one of the sauces. Cook in slow cooker on medium heat 8 hours, or bake in oven at 300 degrees 4 hours. Dorothy Flatman's Kitchen
