Three way beef roast

Ingredients

3 pounds Beef roast
3 eaches Small potatoes, halved
3 eaches Carrots, chunked
3 eaches Celery stalks, chunked
6 eaches Small onions, whole
1 cup Beef stock
1 teaspoon Season salt
1 each Garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon Fresh dill, minced
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, minced
8 ounces Tomato sauce
1 cup Water
1 each Envelope onion soup mix
1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
1 can Tomato soup

Place roast in pan with potatoes, carrots and celery. Top with one of the sauces. Cook in slow cooker on medium heat 8 hours, or bake in oven at 300 degrees 4 hours. Dorothy Flatman's Kitchen
