Tofu guacamole

2 | mediums | Avocados |
¼ | cup | Onions; chopped |
½ | pounds | Tofu, soft |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | medium | Garlic clove; crushed |
¼ | teaspoon | Cumin, ground |
4 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 | large | Tomato, ripe; chopped |
\N | \N | Black pepper and cayenne to taste |
\N | \N | Parsley; chopped, for garnish |
Mash avocados and add in remaining ingredients. Mash together all but parsley. Leave avocado seed in dip so it doesn't turn brown. Chill dip for 2 hours. Serve cold.
