Tomato sandwich hors d'oeuvres

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 tablespoons Deviled ham
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
½ teaspoon Minced onion
4 larges Tomatoes
Parsley

Directions

Combine the ham, mayonnaise and onion. Rinse, dry and cut each tomato into four ¼ inch crosswise slices. Spread deviled ham mixture on half the tomato slices and top each with a second tomato slice to make sandwiches. Garnish with mayonnaise and a sprig of parsley and serve as a first course.
