Tortellini soup with peas

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Cloves garlic, minced
½ pounds Frozen cheese tortellini
1 can Chicken broth (10 oz.)
1 cup Frozen peas
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions

In large pot, bring 3 cups water and garlic to boil. Add frozen tortellini; return to boil. Reduce heat to medium-high; cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.

Add chicken broth, 1¼ cups water and peas; return to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook for 5 minutes or until pasta is tender but firm.

Stir in pepper. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan. Makes 3 servings.
