Triple easter brownies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 ounces Butter/margarine
7 ounces Plain chocolate
4 ounces White chocolate; roughly chopped
4 ounces Milk chocolate; roughly chopped
4 ounces Pecan nuts; roughly chopped
2 Eggs; beaten
1 tablespoon Maple syrup
6 ounces Plain flour

Directions

1. Grease and line a 7inch / 18cm square deep cake tin.

2. Melt the plain chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

3. Add the remaining chocolate, pecans, eggs and maple syrup. Mix well.

4. Fold in the flour and transfer the mixture into the prepared tin. bake in the oven at 180øC/350øF/Gas Mark 4 for 30-40 minutes until slightly firm.

5. Remove from the tin after 10 minutes of cooling time.
