Tropical truffles

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Finely chopped dried papaya or pineappl
¼ cup La Grande Passion or Grand Marnier
½ Stick butter
8 ounces White chocolate, finely chopped
1 Egg yolk
1 cup Macadamia nuts, rinsed of salt, toa

Directions

Soak fruit in booze. Melt chocolate, add booze, fruit, egg. Beat with mixer (they say it will curdle then go back together - didn't happen with me).

Chill, make little balls, roll in nuts.
