Tropical truffles

Ingredients

¼ | cup | Finely chopped dried papaya or pineappl |
¼ | cup | La Grande Passion or Grand Marnier |
½ | Stick butter | |
8 | ounces | White chocolate, finely chopped |
1 | Egg yolk | |
1 | cup | Macadamia nuts, rinsed of salt, toa |
Directions
Soak fruit in booze. Melt chocolate, add booze, fruit, egg. Beat with mixer (they say it will curdle then go back together - didn't happen with me).
Chill, make little balls, roll in nuts.
