½ | cup | Brown sugar |
¾ | cup | Sifted flour |
½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
2 | Eggs | |
1 | cup | Dried fruit |
1 | cup | Mixed nuts: almonds; macadamias, walnuts, pecans, etc. |
Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Put in a greased loaf pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F preheated oven until brown.
4. Stick a toothpick in the center to check if the cake is done. If it comes out clean, you can let it cool, then enjoy! This recipe is courtesy of MILAH, ulpan Yerushalayim....
