Tuna top tomato

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 larges Tomatoes - cut horizontally
Into halves
½ cup Bisquick mix
½ cup Shredded Swiss cheese
¼ cup Mayo
2 larges Eggs
2 Green onions (with tops)
Sliced thinly
1 pack Frozen chopped broccoli,
Thawed and drained well
ounce Can tuna, drained

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Spray 9 x 9 inch pan with non stick vegetable oil. Place the tomatoes cut side up in the pan.

Mix remaining ingredients. Spread that mixture evenly on the cut side of each tomato half.

Bake uncovered until topping is puffed and golden brown. About 20 minutes.
