Tuna top tomato

Ingredients

½ | cup | Bisquick mix |
½ | cup | Shredded Swiss cheese |
¼ | cup | Mayo |
2 | larges | Eggs |
2 | Green onions (with tops) | |
Sliced thinly | ||
1 | pack | Frozen chopped broccoli, |
Thawed and drained well | ||
6½ | ounce | Can tuna, drained |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.
Spray 9 x 9 inch pan with non stick vegetable oil. Place the tomatoes cut side up in the pan.
Mix remaining ingredients. Spread that mixture evenly on the cut side of each tomato half.
Bake uncovered until topping is puffed and golden brown. About 20 minutes.
