Tuna toast

Ingredients

| 2 | cans | Tuna in Water,drained |
| 6 | Anchovies, chopped finely | |
| 5½ | ounce | Butter, soft |
| 1 | Peel of a Lemon | |
| Salt | ||
| 2 | Pickles,cubed finely | |
| 8 | slices | Whole Wheat Bread |
Directions
1 .Mix the anchovies, butter, lemonpeel and tuna together and mix very good. 2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Toast the bread and spread the tunamix on it. 4. Cut toast diagonally in half and garnish with pickles.
