Tuna toast

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cans Tuna in Water,drained
6 Anchovies, chopped finely
ounce Butter, soft
1 Peel of a Lemon
Salt
2 Pickles,cubed finely
8 slices Whole Wheat Bread

Directions

1 .Mix the anchovies, butter, lemonpeel and tuna together and mix very good. 2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Toast the bread and spread the tunamix on it. 4. Cut toast diagonally in half and garnish with pickles.
